Position Title – Senior .Net Developer

Position Overview: – As a Senior Application Development Engineer you will take technical ownership of the application development of the relevant product / portfolio / end to end platform.

You will manage the technical design, implementation and testing of software to meet the goals of your application portfolio, interfacing with business analysts, project managers and testers.

Responsibilities: –

You will be responsible for the design and development of our client’s application portfolio. This includes responsibility for solution design and standards.

Application development for the technical product. This includes:

  1. Accountable for planning and managing day-to-day activities associated with design, development and maintenance of business applications
  2. Resource Management including working with Strategic partners
  3. Ensure adherence to enterprise systems standards to provide the flexibility to meet future needs.

 

Requirements: –

Minimum of 6 years of technical experience in software development

Experience of leading a technical team

Significant experience of delivering software solutions in a commercial environment

Work experience in a complex international environment interfacing to business and IT leadership

Experience in .NET development required, C# preferred

Experience in web development required, ASP.NET preferred

Experience working with Agile software development methodologies preferred

Significant experience with data integration and reporting

Ability to drive development efforts toward solving business needs

Ability to coach and mentor employees, providing career and professional guidance
